Newquay's Festive Weekend

A festive day out at Lappa Valley: a train ride into the park, a family visit to Father Christmas in his grotto with a present for every child, festive refreshments and time on the rides and play areas.

Newquay's Christmas season begins with a procession of handmade lanterns from schools, families and residents through Trenance Gardens, ending with the light switch-on at the historic Trenance Cottages.

Three quieter Father Christmas sessions for families visiting with someone with special educational needs or disabilities, with fewer bookings, more time and the level of interaction tailored to each child.

Make your own Christmas wreath from natural decorations and foliage gathered from the garden at Trerice, with all materials provided and hot drinks and mince pies. Children 11 and over are welcome with an adult.
